Terroir al Límit is a project initiated in the early 2000s to craft wines of great finesse and purity from the steep slopes with llicorella slate soils in Priorat in north-eastern Spain. Old-vine Garnacha (Grenache) and Cariñena (Carignan) are farmed under biodynamic principles and carefully sourced to craft wines showcasing the unique terroir of the region.
On 16 Dec (Thu), Dominik Huber, owner and winemaker of Terroir al Límit, will share with us the distinctive characters of Garnacha planted on the unique soils of Priorat, and how the high altitude and old age of the vines allow him to craft some of the best Garnacha wines in the world.
